We're looking for talent to strengthen our team of 6 Rails engineers and 5 React engineers. Together with you, we'll build software that not only directly helps entrepreneurs but also supports our colleagues daily. Your work makes a difference: leases are paid out at lightning speed, and the software you write is essential for everyone who works with it.
In this multidisciplinary team, you're not only working on projects but also helping and coaching others, for example through pair-programming.
Your impact
As a engineer, you'll work independently on projects. No fixed list of requirements to complete, but the freedom to take responsibility for designing solutions in collaboration with stakeholders. A challenging environment where you need to easily switch between different teams and stakeholders.
Thanks to this approach, we've been able to build, for example, automatic credit approval based on digital bank transactions. One of the examples we're proud of.
Our stack consists of a main application in Ruby on Rails with a Bootstrap, Stimulus and Hotwire front-end and a GraphQL API for client applications. Client applications are built in React/TypeScript, while we use Python applications with Flask for downstream data APIs.
Everything runs on AWS. We're proud of our test coverage of over 95%, allowing us to launch new features and refactor existing parts with confidence.
Start of your career
In the first 2-3 weeks, you'll start with an intensive onboarding to familiarize yourself with our software and our business domain. After that, challenging projects await you, such as mutation and fraud detection, and direct customer acceptance using OCR and ML techniques.

- You have at least three years of experience specifically with Ruby.
- You develop new features.

- You demonstrate seniority in your work and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
