Role Overview:
As a Senior Backend Developer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers by driving the evolution of our product portfolio. You will be responsible for maintaining and advancing technical solutions in line with new standards, security protocols, and integration specifications to continuously create value for our customers. Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partners and suppliers to integrate various systems. Work closely with frontend developers to provide well-structured APIs. Partner with the Product Owner to validate and detail technical requirements for product development and improvements. Participate in customer and partner meetings to understand and translate requirements.
Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails. Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS. Experience in test automation, including unit testing and integration testing with external APIs. Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to product improvement, standardization, and optimization. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player who is willing to help others and seek assistance when needed.
