Full-Stack Engineer / Uscreen

At Uscreen, we are powering thousands of video creators with memberships, pay-per-view, and communities. Now we’re building something new!

What You’ll Do

• Lead development of the new onboarding flow: create, upload one video, launch
• Work closely with a designer to shape and test the experience
• Instrument user behavior and build fast iterations based on learnings
• Collaborate with growth team on upsell triggers and activation metrics
• Own backend and frontend work (Rails + React)
• Make scope and simplification decisions in real time

You’re a Fit If You

• Are a full-stack engineer with strong Rails + React experience
• Are comfortable working closely with product/design
• Have worked on growth, onboarding, or monetization flows (or want to)
• Are a heavy AI tool user (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, prompt engineering)
• Take initiative and thrive in fast-moving, high-trust environments
