Remote Senior Full Stack Engineer (Rails/Nuxt)

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Development: Build new products and features from scratch, catering to both end users and the internal team.
- Architectural Improvements: Propose and implement enhancements, especially in migrating our user-facing app from Nuxt 2 to Nuxt 3.
- Testing & Build Pipeline: Focus on improving our testing and build processes to increase efficiency and enable more time for feature development.
- Page Speed Optimization: Work towards making our Nuxt applications among the fastest in the industry.

About You:
- JavaScript Expertise: Minimum of 3 years of experience with JavaScript, ideally with a focus on Vue.js/Nuxt.
- Rails Experience: At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby on Rails.
- Remote Work: Proven ability to thrive in a fully remote environment, managing your own time and projects.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for working well in a team setting.
