We are seeking a skilled Project Manager in Technology with a proven track record of managing international software development teams. This role involves overseeing the development of a US-based eCommerce project. The ideal candidate will have exceptional verbal and written English skills, coupled with a strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about leading teams and managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements

Lead and manage international software development teams with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
Possess exceptional verbal and written English skills to communicate with diverse teams effectively.
Be very familiar with Scrum/Agile rituals, including leading daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
Define and analyze project requirements, serving as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders.
Translate complex business requirements into technical language understandable to developers.
Monitoring project activities and reporting on status utilizing standard reporting processes and tools.
Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
Keep the project documentation up to date.
Create clear acceptance criteria and feature requirements.
Have a good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and technical terminology relevant to the project.
Run daily calls and Scrum rituals with the US and European teams to ensure alignment and seamless project progression.

Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT project management and managing diverse international teams.
Excellent organizational skills. You can conscientiously manage and follow up on multiple concurrent tasks and requests on tight deadlines.
Strong proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
In-depth knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead daily meetings and effectively communicate with both business and technical stakeholders.
Experience in translating business requirements into technical specifications.
Good understanding of SDLC and technical terminology.
Experience managing US teams.
Experience with Project tools such as Asana, Jira, Trello or similar.
